Hi,
How are you? Aside from the wound, what other symptoms are present?  A wound that does not seem to be healing warrants further evaluation for proper management. Additional diagnostic tests such as blood tests and imaging studies may be requested to rule out underlying medical conditions such as diabetes. If it persists despite prescription medication, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hello,
Delayed wound healing can occur in vitamin C and vit K deficiency,diabetes,p-rotein deficiency, immunocompromised states and if the person is taking corticosteroids or immunosuppressants. Get your blood sugar levels estimated and take oral antibiotics for a few days.

My sincere advice is to get it examined from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
