wrinkles at 24 only on one arm

I am 24 just had my first baby a year and 4 months ago.  After I stopped breast feeding I noticed that I had several wrinkles on my left arm.  I don't know if it's due to the tanning bed or what.  I haven't found anymore.  So, I have been afraid to go back to the tanning bed.  I asked my family doctor and she said it could be from a lot of things and brushed it off.  Just want to try to avoid getting anymore and am curious.  I never tanned as much as the people around me, yet I am the one getting wrinkles at 24.  What's going on with me?

Well, y'all make me feel strange because mine are on my RIGHT arm. They haven't gone away (still breastfeeding) and I noticed them at least a year ago.

I just realized I always carry my baby on my left side with my arm to support. Could the wrinkles be from that?
