I assume you drive...  Next time you drive, every 20 minutes nate your speed.. at the end of the day average it out.  Is that your average MPH?

Same for BG you test how many times a day?  the A1c is CONTINUANCE monitoring of BG  NOT sampling 3, 4 6 ties a day.
