You aren't clear as to whether your blood pressure is normal or too low. If too low on a regular basis you should talk to your doctor about it.
As for your blood sugar, you don't say if you are already diagnosed diabetic. If you are diabetic and have seen a rise in blood sugar, it could be several things: As the person above says it could be from a medication. It could also be from an infection. Or your control (whether it is diet and exercise and/or medication) is no longer controlling your blood sugar. You should talk with your doctor about these increased numbers.
If you have not been diagnosed with diabetes you should see your doctor and get an A1C done.
