I dont know what you expect.. but a BG change of 1.5 (9.8-8.3) is not bad or un-normal. BG changes all the time that is what being diabetic means. since you dont give me times for the two tests I dont know how fast it is changing. But remember your meter has a 20% error so the same drop of blood can measure different by 1.9. IE from 9.8 to 7.9 on the same drop of blood
I know the symptoms are real its the cause that I dont know, and I cant figure out.
you give me a hodge podge of data that is not taken consistently.
you draw conclusions before analyzing the data IE bouncing BG
meters are not accurate they very 20% between reading.
you have a lot of anxiety which will run havoc with BP and BG and your feelings
I can help with the BG not the rest. getting your BG under control may help with your anxiety. But they feed on each other.
a change in BG of 9.8 to 8.3 is not bad or unexpected and not ab-normal. BG changes, it changes all the time.
the only thing you can do is to get the range of BG down to normal levels, it is still going to fluctuate from a low of 3.8 (or lower) to 7.8 (or higher)
the ONLY problem I can see you have (with your BG) is your BG numbers are to high. fluctuation in the numbers I dont see as bad.
Actually sugar is increasing suddenly and quickly, body cannot tolerate that change , giving lot of symptoms, affecting heart rate and blood pressure. I was sending a big chart to you , I feel stress, sugar quickly increased, I went outside, brought some, carried by stair, sugar suddenly increased, I was feeling odd. Sugar was 9.8, I ate a little white of an egg, sugar suddenly dropped to 8.3, body started shaking
I am suffering this kind of problem now. Before I had high sugar symptoms, it improved, but now unstability of sugar and stress is the problem and it making sugar further unstable. Probably night time levemir trying to lower below 8, body started shaky, I wake up, everything started to increase. I am not getting consistent result for this
You never get consistent results
1) you keep changing things
2) BG is NEVER constant
3) your BG is NOT bouncing... BG goes up in the morning when you get up. as your body gets ready for the day, your liver dumps glucose, so BG goes up.
4) Stress raises your adrenalin, adrenalin raises BG
Yes continue with 19 Levimir.

I told all to my specialist. She says to increase Levemir at bed time. You are also telling to increase levemir. I increased 1 unit, sugar rather increased and body burning. What shall I do? Shall I continue 19 units more three days?
Before I gave maximum 26 unit at bed time. It never give consistent results.
Or shall I keep it fixed at 18 untill I see heat specialist.?
I see body is burning, sugar is same 9.7, blood pressure increased.
For these reason I cannot increase the dose of levimir. I am worrying too much, that is true.
those reasons are NOT from insulin.
