Can somebody help?

I donno what is wrong. I've been diagnosed with so many things in my life i must have been dead ten times by now, but it has definitely something to do with sugar. I dont know if I post this in the right place, but I'm desperate.

They diagnosed me with temporal lobe epilepsy and bipolar and gave me Lamictil and Zyprexa. The Zyprexa gave me a sugar problem...one of the rare side-feffects. I started eating glucose enrgy bars like mad!...it got worse than alcoholism and even put me on a high. Before that I could never eat much sugar, then I get all sick. Then suddenly one morning I woke up with this terrible sweet taste in my mouth. I drank bitter coffee to see if it will help, but as soon as it enters my mouth it became as sweet as honey. I stopped the Zyprexa and all sugar and it got better. I'm on a strickt diet for an irritable bowl syndrome. I always ate like a diabetic...small meals up to six times a day. When I dont get food on time I wanna go crazy and cant funcktion. The only food I can basicly eat is a few vetgetables, lots of potatoes, rice, bread and fish and meat. I'm allergid to lots of stuff and cant eat any animal fats.

Everything went ok for a while, then I started to get tired and more tired. I couldn't get up in the morning. I would sleep for 12 hours in a row easily then one day suddenly I woke up early the morning. I felt all awake and good and full of energy. I couldn't sleep for 2 days! and then again I got very tired and suddenly yesterday I woke up with that awful sweet taste in my mouth again. It is driving me crazy and wont go away. I dont know what to eat anymore. I'm desperate and every other doctor gives me a new diagnosis. Can someone tells me what is this sweet taste in my mouth and I get terrible neck spasms and headaches and I have blurred vision. I'm so tired of doctors who just wan make money coz I have a very expensive medical aid fund.

I know what its like to visit doctor after doctor and each one tells you something different and tells you try this, or try that because they just don't know what's wrong with you. I find the best doctors are found at teaching hospitals, normally at large university. This is where doctors go get trained on the latest medicine or technique or diagnosis. If you live in or near a big city you should be able to locate one easily.
Eat more vegies, less potatoes (starchy carbs), no alcohol, back down on the breads (carbs). Try hava breathing technique, similar to Hatha Yoga and will help clear your head.
