I get this too in the middle of the night.  I think it is associated with aging but could be bad circulation which could get worse with diabetes.  I find it eases with water.  I try to stay hydrated.  When I am sedentery and don't move much, I notice it happens more.

Without a thorough examination it is hard to pinpoint the cause. I noticed that you have posted a number of times regarding these very same issues. Have you seen a Neurologist to rule out or diagnose nerve damage? A Cardiologist to rule out or diagnose cardio issues?
Get off the computer and go see these specialist. By now you should know that posting on health forums will not get the answer you are looking for, only an evaluation by one or both of these doctors.
