Hi Everyone.  My favorite snacks (though I don't usually snack) are macadamia nuts, cream cheese, regular cheese, boiled eggs.

The Sugar sense app has also got great ideas.

Nuts are a great option! You can also think of nut butters as a great addition to add a bit of protein and fat
