I am a diabetes for almost 20 years. I am on medication plus insulin plun home made remedies. This does help. I am putting on weight around my tummy- what do I do to get that off. You can start by eating and following a diabetic diet, refrain from drinking unhealthy liquids such as beer and sodas, and perform daily exercise, which doesn't have be "extensive". The latter can be walking, sit-ups, push-ups, aerobic, and yoga like stretches. As far as your foot tingling, without seeing the results of medical evaluation it is difficult to say the cause.
