Is the test that I have done enough
I was having some diabetic symptoms so I got tested for random blood sugar in morning when my stomach was empty.
It came out to be 85 mg/dl
Although I am not having any severe symptoms but still I m paranoid
Do I need more tests to go through to completely make sure that I m not diabetic!!
Or this one test was enough!!!

Also at night sometimes when I go to urine ants accumulate over my urine (only at night)
What is the reason????!

Your fasting number is good. You don't say what the symptoms you are experiencing are, but if you are concerned you can request either an A1C that tests the average of your blood sugar for 2-3 months or an OGTT which tests how you react over a couple hours to drinking a very sweet drink. If you have access to someone's meter you could just test at home two hours after a meal to see how much your food is raising your blood sugar. (Over 140 would be a cause for concern you might be diabetic).
