Need Help to adjust my dose of Insulin

How frequent I can take insulin Humulin 70/30. I am taking 25 unit before each meal some just before meal or sometime after meal.
Please advice how much I can take in a day ?
How much min duration between 2 intakes ?

I dont know how to help with a mix insulin 70/30 is 70% slow insulin with 30% fast insulin mixed in. so every time you take an injection you get both insulins weather or not you need both. the slow insulin lasts 12 hours the fast lasts 4 to 6 hours.

I use long 24 hour insulin with a rapid insulin last 4 hours. the long insulin is for my fating and the rapid is for high BG and food. easy to adjust and easy to get good numbers.
