You're sugar is possibly too low. Every time I have ever had any experience like this was because my sugar dropped. Check you're sugar before you sleep so you can monitor it also keep some crackers or nuts by the bed.
So what is your BG? Not everything that happens to us is caused by diabetes, there could be other problems, I suggest you see an MD
Hi,
sounds scarey. Some sort of fit.
As diabetes86 says not everything is necessarily caused by diabetes, particularly if your sugars are not low / normal.
Definitely worth a follow up with your Dr on this, and properly looking into it.
What does BG mean? I just recently found out that I am diabetic in January and I do not know all of the terminology yet. I have been having surgery every other Wednesday since the last week in January for my kidneys and haven't had time to take some classes to teach me about my diabetes. I've been having problems with my kidneys for about six years and while I was in the hospital for it, they found out that I had diabetes, and believed that it was the cause of my kidney problems.
I don't think it's because my sugar is too low. When I experience this, my sugar is either fine or slightly elevated.
