Best soft drink for a pre diabetic / Diabetic?
Hi guys, I was wondering besides water if I wanted something with taste and to pick up at the market, what is the best thing to get to drink for a diabetic or some one who may be a pre diabetic? I heard Diet rite is good since it doesnt have aspartame, any one else have any ideas?

Anything like crystal light dirnk mixes, as Waverider pointed out--made with splenda, is ok also
In moderation any diet soft drink made with Splenda is OK.
