Shall i take medicines ???

My Fasting Sugar level was between 115 to 120 last week...Shall i go to doctor and take medicines or i shall try to lower it down by exercise and nutritious food....?

i will definitely try to bring this level below 100....but i hope 115-120 is not very alarming...

You are under control. 100 is perfect; what you found is not damaging your body. Go to the doctor for routine visits and if he suspects diabetes, he will test your urine. Have a great day and relax.
