Nuts, cheese, cottage cheese, olives, yogurt (plain or the ones that are low sugar- you have to watch those carefully), lunch meats. In the past I used to make sugar free cookies to eat with sugar replacement- stevia was one that I found to be good as you have to be careful with sugar replacements as well.
Hi,
I am not too much of a snacker. However, when I do feel the need my favorites are:-
- Coffee with cream (no sugar)
- herbal or plain teas
- Nuts (in moderation)
- Cheese
- Carrot or celery sticks.
- Boiled eggs
- Cold meats (left overs)
