Sugar remains too high

I was recently diagnosed with type two diabetes I have adjusted my diet, I'm taking my medication, and I've been walking at least 10,000 steps every day is there anything else I can do to help get my blood sugar down

Increasing water intake has helped me. Of course, that is in addition to diet modification and exercise.

What does "adjusted my diet" Mean?

Carbohydrates raise BG  all carbs raise BG.  When you have reduced your carb intake as low as you are willing to go and your BG is still too high then its time for drugs that lower BG.

I eat under 50 gr of carbohydrates a day AND I take insulin to manage my diabetes.
