eating an orange and an apple at the same time is very dangerous as a diabetic.....that is way too much natural sugar......
have you seen a dietician?  if not you should ask your doctor to recommend one to help you find a balanced meal plan for you with your diabetes......
there are plenty of fruits and vegetables that can be eaten without the risk of raising your blood sugar this high....ask your doctor for a list and try to stick to it.....
keeping your blood sugar under control is very, very important.....
best of luck.....
let me know if i can help.....I am type II as well, and take metformin and glyburide to control my diabetes......

Yes, 300 is VERY high and could certainly contribute to your not feeling well. An orange and an apple is too much sugar at one time, even just the orange could make you too high. You probably want to eat more vegetables and protein and not so much fruit to keep your blood sugar under control.
