My son and I are both reactive hypoglycemics. The Mayo article is a good start, but there's a list here of common causes: http://www.reactivehypoglycemia.info/?p=101. My son and I have not found out the cause of our condition yet, mainly due to the expense with tests, but we've been healthy since following a sensible diet.

Best of luck with managing your condition!

Hi
I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia about two years ago. I did alot of research on my own by looking at different websites. One of the best websites to explain things was reactivehypoglycemia.net. I've found the best way to treat it is to eat in small portions throughout the day. Meet with a nutritionist to help explain what foods to eat and why.
Good luck!!!
