my friend has diabetes for  about 10 years and he wants to get married soon, but he worried about his sex performance, so is there any medical supply or drugs that can help and increase his performance in bed?

I concur, best to discuss with his doctor to see if his lack of performance is health related. Diabetes does not affect your sex drive, instead, it affects your erectile functions. This is where after market medication lends a hand.

Hello,

there are medications such as viagra that could help, but your friend should discuss this with his doctor.

The most important way for your friend to maximuse his performance as well as his health is to control his diabetes very well.

This means making sure his blood sugars are as close to nromal as possible (fasting ideally should be < 100 and 2 hours after eating meals should be < 140, but ideally less than 120, or even 100, if he can acheive this safely.

To do this he should exercise moderate to vigorous at least 30 mins a day, eat diet high in non-starchy veges and natural foods and avoid processed and sweet foods.

his dr can help optimise his medications, if he is taking any.  Hope thisw helps.
