Hi,
You are only 23!
I am really sorry for your condition at this early age!
If you have been drinking soda,  2 cans a day for the last 10 years, like  most young Americans these days.
Then I think you  are type 2 Diabetic. Your condition is extremely dangerous, if you don't have any insurance, I would show up at  a nearby emergency room for treatment, better than doing nothing. Good luck

Hello,

If your blood sugar is 450 this is extremely high.  At 23, unless you are very overweight, this is probably Type 1.  Treatment is insulin.  Without treatment  you may get something called ketoacidosis and you could die.

You need to follow a very low carb diet starting immediately.  This should avoid all added sugars, fruits and grains and starchy vegetables. Your food would then come from meats, eggs, non-starchy veges, and fats (preferably natural sournced like olive oil, coconut oil, cold pressed nut oils).  Drink plenty of water.  Moderate intensity exercise for at least 30 minutes after each meal.  All of this is interim (and will help you to manage this), but  you do need to find a way to see a Dr as this requires treatment.  Are there any emergency or assistance programs you can get to?

Don't ignore this.  It is very serious andd requires immediate action / medical treatment.

Please let us know how you go.
