After 2 hrs he got fits, nurse checked his sugar level, very low , and they gave some sugar.
Night again they put this injection ,after 2 hrs again fits came ,then he is admitted in ICU
DOCTOR took CT SCAN (head),
This is from report :

You need to speak directly with your father's doctor(s). The medication he's on is country specific and only the prescriber can explain the reason why he's being administered it.

The medicine name is Lupinem -500mg(1 bottle),from that they take 10ml Lupinem add with 100ml saline water, they put this injection morning and night
From yesterday they put this injection morning once, in addition they give Eptoin-100mg tablet 1 number in morning and 2 tablets in night time.
Yesterday night he is not sleeping because of back pain, some times he is telling leg pain.

is these medicine cause back pain?

If "LUPINEM", whatever this is, is lowering your father's glucose level, you need to talk with the doctor in charge to understand the reasoning behind the injections.  I could not find anything on "lupinem" with a Google search. If you expect us to comment on a medication it needs to be spelled correctly.

"what the report says?"
You should speak with his doctor or the Radiologist who wrote the report.

"what will happen if the fluid collection is in foot?"
What fluid? There's nothing in your post about this.
