Below 90 blood sugar levels?
Does anyone get shaky or dizzy when their blood sugar levels are 90 and lower? I know 70 or lower is when your blood sugar is low but I feel the symptoms at 90...
Thanks! That's so depressing :-( but I'm new to the diabetes game so learning all this new stuff day by day.
That is called a false low... your body is used to high BG so 90 feels low. your body will get used to lower numbers and the "low feeling" will go away.
