yesterday i went for diabetes check.
my fasting was 132 and my post lunch was 120
.wat does it signify ?

Hi,

some diabetics have what is called dawn phenomenon.  This means that their fasting is even higher than their post eating.

132 fasting is definitely diabetic.

120 2 hours post eating is also on the high side.

I do you think you have diabetes.  It may still be able to be managed with diet, exercise, and weight loss.  Else your doctor may add in  some oral medications.

This doesn't make sense.  Everyone's blood sugar rises after a meal (diabetic or not), check with your doctor about this, it should be the other way around.  Regardless, it's high.
