Kapalbhati pranayam -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Be careful of what you eat in the evenings to make sure your sugar isn't going up. With an enlarged prostate, your bladder is probably not able to empty completely and this means you will have to go often. Your prostate is pressing on your urethra only allowing a partial emptying, so as soon as your bladder get a just a bit more urine in it, you have to go again, because it's never empty. Your bladder is probably becoming very muscular from having to work harder at eliminating the urine. This can cause bladder and kidney problems, so it's good that you are seeing a Urologist. Take care.
