need help please!

I am a 26 year old type 2 diabetic. I have let my diabetes go uncontrolled for about 6 years. I am starting to have some weird things happen to me. I am having problems digesting fat and it is causing me to have diahherea; my resting heart rate is over 100 beats per minute; iam having dizzy spells; etc... every tests that i go for is showing nothing physically wrong with me. The problem i am asking about now is i have these episodes where i get extremely cold spells. My whole body starts shaking its so bad. Just out of curiousity i started taking my temp. sometimes it goes down all the to 95.8 F. This is starting to scare me. I have read about autonomic neuropathy and think that is what it is. But i have seen 100 doctors and no one has put all this stuff together and said that this could be the proble. What do i do about this? Should i get worried when my temp goes down like this? please help!

Byall means see  your doctor and if you can go to an endoctrinoligist also, diabetes can be controlled and you can feel really good again but you need some help first, and some diabetic education also, find a diabetes educator run seminar at a local hospital and take advantage, you will learn so much and you will also find support from other diabetics there. You cannot ignore diabetes but you can live with it and live really well, just get some education first. good luck.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems at such a young age. You're asking for medical help but no doctor's are on this forum to answer your concerns, mostly users like yourself. You stated that "..i have seen 100 doctors..." but do not mention what their course of action were, or if you even followed any of their advice, or have you ignored them like you have you diabetes?

The symptoms you mention are diabetes related along with other possible material diseases. Go find a major teaching hospital closest to where you live. This is where the experts reside and where other doctors get trained. To start, look through the UNOS web site  http://www.unos.org/data/about/viewDataReports.asp click on Center Data, then your state and drill down. Of course, this is for the USA only.
