please advise

what should i do?

Hello,

your results show you are quite severely diabetic.

You need to see your doctor and get started on medication.  Insulin, if oral meds do not bring it down.

Note that a normal non-diabetic HBa1c is < 5.0 (so yours is dangerously high).

Please also exercise daily, normalise weight if you are overweight, and follow a low carbohydrate diet avoiding sweets of all kinds and limiting grains and fruits.  Non-starchy veges are ok.

Please see your dr for urgent followup.

Your A1c was 11.60?  - I guess I do not know what HB1C is?  your fasting blood sugar is too high at 250  149 is better but your goal is to bring it to under 125 at fasting and under 140 2 hours after a meal.  Exercise should help and eating a balanced diet.  My fastings are about 105 now but I have been dieting, only eating certain foods and staying away from carbs.
