uncontrolled hypoglycemia in a type 2 diabetic??

what would cause a type 2 diabetic to not be able to keep their sugar up? i do not take medications or insulin and am having all the symptoms of hypoglycemia, if i do not continue to eat my sugar literally will hit zero - i have been as low as 30 before i eat this is not from excerizing or medicine - what could it be?? i feel like i am making too much insulin

Hi, how are you, hope all is fine, have you found out why you keep having hypos, I still have no results from my doctor either, and am still having trouble keeping my glucose levels up.

Hi, I have had type2 diabetes for 6 years now, I am having the exact same problems as your`s at the moment, but I was on medication 1000gm Diaformin twice daily, but had to cease medication because my glucose levels were dropping like yours, I am eating constantly to keep myself from having hypos, I have had CT scans of Liver and Pancreas, no results yet, I am having blood tests tomorrow, and will see my Physician next week, so hopefully I will know what the cause might be. See you doctor as soon as, beacuse worrying about it makes things worse.
