my sugar level is around 7.2 if i eat too much
Hello,
Blood sugars in the 40-50mg/dL range are considered "hypoglycemia" and are concerning. Normal is usually above 55mg/dL or thereabouts. Your levels are not generally at the range where people faint or have other serious problems like seizures(this usually happens at 30mg/dL or below) but they can be associated with impaired thinking and function, as well as longer-term consequences of becoming used to this low level and failing to have your body's warning signals tell you to eat something(called "hypoglycemic unawareness").
You and your doctor should work on adjusting your regimen to keep your levels above 60mg/dL to help avoid development of hypoglycemic unawareness as well as possible serious hypoglycemia. Until then, always check your blood sugars before driving and be sure to pull over if you feel strange. Keep glucose tablets or gel in your purse(or on your person), bedside and vehicles at all times.
Take care.
