Can ANYONE help!?

Hello everyone,

So far, i've had an endoscope, a colonoscope, barium small bowel fallowthrough, countless blood tests, and everything came back normal. The only thing that came back positive was my hemocult test, but my stools are never black or anything, and the colonoscopy turned up nothing.
Everymorning is the same, i wake up extremely fatigued like i havent slept, and my stomach is sore with some fluid in it.
After i eat, i get really tired and brain fogged, then the more liquid i drink after my meals, the more brain fogged i get, where it seems like im almost in a stupor.   This drags on until nighttime where after dinner it seems to be at its best. Then i go to bed, wake up, and it starts all over again.  My bowel movements are normal, no vomitting, some nausea, but i can't stand for more than an hour, before i feel like passing out.

Anyone have a CLUE what my problem is?
I want to get back to my life...

I hope this is of some help.   Could be trapped fluid and air in the stomach.  When I had a small bowel series done this noise/discomfort was in my stomach at the time.  He said it was 'succession splash' fluid and air in the stomach as not all of the Barium had passed out of it after 1 hour and it leaves this noise when I moved it.  It would more likely be in the stomach than your general abdominal area out of the stomach..  I find that fluid can stay there for hours after drinking (probably slowly emptying out).  When I move the stomach in and out it can be more audible.(as you have noticed).  I also get it in the morning from the night before.  You may not hear it the night before but it must be there.  I've got Gastroparesis and an enlarged stomach - stuff moves out of the stomach too slow.  I asked a doctor about the noise 10 years ago and they found my food..  was not emptying out of the stomach.  Ten years later I went to another doctor about the fluid noise and he said there was some sort of blockage.  The Gastro.  specialist didn't find any blocakage with tests but said there is a partially paralyzed nerve in the stomach which slows emptying.  You may have this problem   Does it feel uncomfortable and when it's there sometimes do you feel full. ASK FOR A STOMACH EMPTYING SCAN FOR GASTROPARESIS.  I CAN GUARANTEE YOU HAVE THIS OR AN ENLARGED STOMACH.  I have both these problems and same symptoms as you (I noticed your symptoms from another post you put on this site about a month ago.     If you had a small bowel series did this show succession splash and an enlarged stomach?  This is what mine showed. If you haven't had a small bowel series ask for one.  Take care.. Let me know how you go via my E'mail address - ***@****.  As I'm trying to work out more ways to help this problem.  ALSO HAVE YOU HAD THE STOMACH ACID TEST?  Could you get one?  My specialist wouldn't let me have one. Don't drink with meal helps your digestion better it is noted on things to do for Gastroparesis.  Wait at least one or two hours before drinking after solids.

Try getting a glucose tolerance test. It sounds like you may be diabetic,  especially the foggy head after eating.

Thanks, i will ask about the MRI...
I was thinking the fatigue could have been my liver...
but my liver function tests are always perfect, so i guess that means my liver is functioning properly right?

I was also thinking a weird blood sugar thing...

My friend was so fatigued that he would fall asleep while driving.  The doctor had him go to sleep clinic and they determined that he had sleep apnea.  He was a big snorer.  They put him on a C-PAP machine at night while he sleeps and he feels so much better.  He is no longer foggy.

My heart is alright, my blood pressure seems to be the norm everytime is gets tested. I just can't seem to stand or walk around longer than an hour without feeling really woozy.. its very puzzling.
The only thing left would be gastroparesis, but for this whole 7 month ordeal, i've never once had heartburn or reflux.
Though i hear a REALLY loud succussion splash after drinking lots of liquid...

Any help would be appreciated,

and IF neurological, what neurological problems can screw with digestion as well as fatigue?
thanks..
