I'm not quite sure what is meant by "bile excretion". If you continue to have stomach pains, you may want to consider the various causes for this - such as gall bladder pain, ulcers, GERD, or inflammation of the stomach or esophagus.
An upper GI series or upper endoscopy would be the first tests to evaluate the stomach pain.
If there is concern about the biliary tree or gall bladder, an ultrasound would be a reasonable test to see if there are any diseases that could be affecting the biliary system.
I would also check your liver function tests to see if there is any elevation (which could be due to any damage to the biliary system).
Followup with your personal physician is essential.

For no huge reason, I'd rather not email directly. If you are willing to post here and have a back and forth, I'm happy to try to help. I just answer what I can, no charge.
the cost varies, but is in the $1200 range in my area. You could call some gastroenterology offices in your area and ask. When there is family history, a common recommendation is to begin screening colonoscopy at an age 10 years younger than the youngest age at which a family member got it. So in your case, it would be around age 37. There's a condition called familial polyposis, in which people get tons of polyps (growths) in the colon; I assume if your relatives had that, it would have been known. If you were known to have that, screening would need to begin right away.
My question is that My great grandmother. grandmother, and mom all had colon cancer. My great grandmother and mom died from it. My mom was 47 years old. By the time she had symtoms it had spread to her liver ,lungs and brain. There was nothing they could do to save her. So when do I need to have my first colonoscopy. I am 29. And when I ask a doctor about it they seem to dismiss me. This horrible cancer is destroying me mentally and I want to make sure I am going to be here for my children. Do you have any idea how much one cost? I do not have insurance. Thankyou, Danielle
it would help to know what you mean by "bile excretion." Also, how long ago did the wheelchair injury occur? It's possible to have injured something internally which could be causing the problem. A CAT scan might be in order, especially if the injury was very recent.
First of all I want to say you are a blessing to this board. Could you please email me at ***@**** I have a few questions to ask you about colon cancer and I would rather do it on a one on one basis. Thankyou, Danielle
