Desperately seeking advice from someone!

I have been experiencing extreme upper abdominal bloating and fullness especially after meals accompanied by a constant dull pain. I have had an upper GI, CAT scan, ultrasound and a HIDA scan. Everything appears normal however I know that
something is not quite right. I have searched and searched
and searched but to no avail. Now they want me to have an endoscopy but I want to know what else could this be. My liver, pancreas, gallbladder are all fine. Can someone please give me some advice on what else could be wrong with me?

It sounds like acid reflux to me.  My husband has the same thing and is often bloated, full and in pain.  Acid reflux does not have to feel like a burning senstation and can often be treated with a prescription.

Have the endoscopy. This is the best procedure for them to get a direct look at the area that seems to be bothering you. You may have a little gastritis, possibly an h. pylori infection. These things aren't detectable on an x-ray or CT scan, and are some of the more common things that could be causing your symptoms.
