Pain in Lower Right Rib Cage and Back

DCB
I have had pains in my lower right rib cage and back for a few months now. The pain subsides when I push on the area, however it keeps coming back.    Also, my stools have been very inconsistent, going from diarehha to normal. I have also had more gas than normal.  In the past week, I have been having occasional hot flashes and some lightheadedness.  I am 34 years old and have been in good health my entire life.  I had teats run on my sttol sample and everything came back normal(test fro salmonella, girradia, etc.)Any ideas what could be wrong?
