pinned up emotions destroying relationships./Constipated /bloated

I know that my problem could be attributed to alcohol and marijuana abuse. My symptoms are :bloating ,emotions or feelings constantly in stomach(making it hard to hold conversations),dark spots on stomach/under chest/lower back, fatigue,THE LIFE OF MY BODY SEEMS TO STOP IN MY STOMACH.MY LOWER BODY FROM WAIST DOWN FEELS WEAK OR VERY UNALIVE,i always feel like Im carrying matter in my belly. It is so uncomfortable. It tears away all my confidence. When I exercise heavy it seems to aggravate some kind of major ball of matter in my stomach.FOR EXAMPLE:AFTER EXTREME EXERCISE I HAVE HAD MUCUS TO SEEM TO COME UP FROM MY STOMACH.I feel insecure all the time and never before had a problem in this area. After trying a laxative for the first time it seemed to have solved the problem.Ifelt alive again. This lasted only until I ate a couple of days.I abused only alcohol and marijuana from age 18 to 21.I am 22 now and have been drug free over a year.I am fairly active as a waiter/landscaper sports .The problem blocks off the vitality in my loins(penis)Why do I feel trapped inside my stomach?Whatever it is causes my stomach to be visibly bloated and my lower body to be smaller or just there. Also its caused fetid breath, sweaty hands ,poor vision, problems concentrating.I feel little around my own family and I know something in my stomach is causing this.Naturally I am very aggresive and outgoing. Now I've become the opposite.I really need your help because this has greatly affected my relationships.I lost my girlfriend due to me being so lifeless and dead acting. If you have questions email me at ***@**** digestive system seems not to be alive . Please help

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
If you are feeling bloating with a foul breath, as well as "mucous coming from your stomach", I would consider an upper endoscopy to comprehensively evaluate the stomach, esophagus and small intestine.  Possible causes would include GERD, an ulcer or inflammation of the upper GI tract.

Liver disease, as well as GERD, can also cause a change in breath - so I would check liver enzymes as well to ensure there is no disease.  This would be especially of concern in a history of alcohol disease.  You may also want to consider an abdominal ultrasound.

With the problems of sweaty hands, poor vision, and concentration problems - there are a variety of causes for this.  A thyroid test as well as a metabolic panel would be a good start in the evaluation.  I would suggest a visit to your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
