If you are feeling bloating with a foul breath, as well as "mucous coming from your stomach", I would consider an upper endoscopy to comprehensively evaluate the stomach, esophagus and small intestine. Possible causes would include GERD, an ulcer or inflammation of the upper GI tract.
Liver disease, as well as GERD, can also cause a change in breath - so I would check liver enzymes as well to ensure there is no disease. This would be especially of concern in a history of alcohol disease. You may also want to consider an abdominal ultrasound.
With the problems of sweaty hands, poor vision, and concentration problems - there are a variety of causes for this. A thyroid test as well as a metabolic panel would be a good start in the evaluation. I would suggest a visit to your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
