Donuts in my butt

Recently while showering i found a hard ring with a hole in the middle, like a little donut in my butt cheek, to the side of my anus. later that night i woke myself up it was kind if bothering me and when I felt it it had doubled in size. now it was 2in x 2in aprox. The next day again in the shower, there was another one directly above my anus both of these inside my skin. I have no pain at all. I do have to manage constipation with water and fiber, and sometimes laxitives. Even with this ,when I go B.M. it feels like things are not in a straight line, but sitting off to the side, kind of like in a pouch. I actually have to use my sons potty ring to apply pressure there to kind of move it over. I had a colonoscopy a long time ago and they said I irratable bowel. I also have occasion but non painful bleeding. MOst of all, what are these donuts in my butt?Thank you. p.s. i did not give birth to my son, I am 47 and otherwise in good heath. I am physically fit, no smoke or drink and i exersize regularly

A rectal fistula, abscess or cyst are all possible.

I would also rule out anatomical conditions that can lead to changes in stool caliber.

Repeating the colonoscopy can be done to exclude a mass or polyp.

I would also have this seen by a surgeon to drain any possible cysts or correct any fistulas.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
