Gallbladder surgery

My daughter - age 20 had her gall bladder taken out about 6 weeks ago.  Since then she has developed severe migraine headaches.  She has never had one before.  Her migraines involved intense headache with her eyesight going crazy and nausea.  We at first thought it was a blood sugar problem.  Went to the doctor and he said it was classic migraines.  So now she has a new problem to deal with.  My questions is why would gall bladder surgery trigger the start of migraines.  Any ideas or comments would be helpful.  Thanks.

Perhaps it is becasue more of the fat protiens are absorbed into the blood stream somehow?

Interesting connection...... I used to have migraines when I was younger, but pretty much outgrew them as an adult. But I had my gallbladder removed just over a week ago and have had more headaches since then, than in the last few years combined. Not migraines, but some pretty bad headaches!

All that comes to mind is this, and I am only guessing because I have had migraines my whole life and have done research on them for college papers.
I was thinking that there may be a relation between fat content/breakdown in the body and migraine. I have read that a diet higher in fats contributes to migraine. How this would translate into developing them since having the gallbladder usually reduces the amount of fat you take in dietarily doesn't quite connect for me. But the liver processes fats, maybe there is something linked there somehow, to her body now not processing fats easily or properly and thus the migraine?
Just a theory of my own, from reading about fats and migraines.
