1 month old Mini Poodle Puking

My boyfriend's parents have a 1 month old Miniature poodle named Kenji, today he started vomiting for the past two hours, a light brown, watery substance with remnant of his food.  At the moment they are feeding him pedigree from the can and they dillute it with water (which I beleive Kenji is way too young be eating this).  Besides calling a vet is there anything else that can be done, to help Kenji or even suggestions as to what to feed a 1 month old pup?

You can take some good quality food like Purina Pro Plan Small breed puppy and grind it up in a blender and add some water and that will make a gruel that is easy for them to eat. That is what alot of vets and breeders do when they are weaning puppies or sometimes when a puppy has trouble eating more solid pieces of food. Also you could mix a little goats milk in with that. You need to make sure that Kenji is keeping some foods down to where he doesnt have drop in his blood sugar.Hard dog food helps with teething to.Have they had any of his vaccines done yet?Well i hope he gets feeling better soon. Please keep us updated on how he is doing.Take care and Best wishes

The puppy is too young to be eating what their feeding him, why isn't he still with his mother.?  He should still be with her for another month, then they could take him back when hes older.  Theres a lot of things his mother could be teaching him and he would have the companionship of another dog while he's young and need it the most.
