Bump on my dogs penis

So I've searched it up and I'm thinking it's a cyst or possibly a tumor but tumors are usually red right? This bump (barely a centimeter) is pink so I'm thinking cyst. He's had it for maybe a month and it doesn't bother him if I touch it sometimes he'll itch it but that's the most. He's a year old and I'm just so worried about my baby boy!

No, tumours are literally any kind of "swelling" or lump. If what you mean is Cancer is usually red, then no, it isn't. It is very likely though in a 1 year old dog that this is a cyst. But there is NO WAY to tell what a lump or bump is. Even vets can't always say....without further investigation, such as a fine needle aspiration.
This is a quick procedure and doesn't need any anaesthetic. Sometimes they send away the sample and sometimes can tell you right there and then if it looks simple (such as if it's fatty tissue or a sebaceous cyst etc.)

Please don't be scared. Take him to the vet and get this little lump checked out as soon as you can.
