Diabetic Dog

I have a strange question. Can my diabetic dog be causing my floors to be sticky? Her two favorite places to sleep on the floor by the stairs and in front of my back door are always sticky. Shes not peeing on the floor she's house broken and paper trained and since she's been on the insulin she's no longer incontinent. She is also pure white and long haired she's a Miniature American Eskimo so I would notice if she's all covered in urine. Also it would warp my cheap laminate fake hardwood floors if she was peeing on them. These sticky spots are right where her body is when she sleep like a whole two feet of floor is oddly sticky and only where she sleeps. Could she be secreting glucose or something her fur is not sticky or yellow nor dose it smell like urine or sickly sweet or anything but the minty cherry blossom shampoo I use on her. And if it is her why and how do I get it to stop?
