Dog chronic kidney disease

Hi, my dog is 3 years old . In the beginning of January he started vomiting once a day. I switched food to gastrointestinal following instructions of my vet. This issue lasted after 45 days (one week was vomiting -one week was allright ) . In the beginning of March everything  was fine (gaining weight ). But in the end of March it lost rapidly weight, a petite & was shaking. I took him to hospital. It's blood & uria tests shows kidney problem. Creatine 8 to 11 BUN very high & phosphorus the same.U/S shows kidneys inflammation but his RBC is 56 it started have a petite and Vets are not very sure. Please advice!
