puppy of 5 weeks old has part of his penis rip off

The part of his penis Is rip off to half and not completely stick to his skin. But he pees well he looks healthy but I know what he has is not normal it could be a born defect but I would like to know if there any risk if the vet sew his part up?

There is absolutely NO WAY to answer this question online, the dog must be examined by a veterinariay to determine not only the extent of his injuries but also whether or not he may even need surgery to repair the damage.  The fact that he can urinate without a problem NOW means nothing, if the injury doesn't heal correctly it can lead to problems later on in life because of a build-up of scar tissue.  This seemingly minor problem could end up being a huge problem later on if you don't see to it ASAP.

We cannot answer your question here....Get your puppy to his Vet and let the Vet do what's necessary...Bacterial infections setting in would be my first thought of complications.....Your Vet will be able to tell you if it's a defect or not.....Good luck & let us know.....Karla
