My Dog has a Rash or Scrape on upper lip, Help.

Hello, wondering is anyone knows what this might be? It's been this way for about 2 days, and I noticed it after I let her back on from being in the back yard. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Is she well in herself otherwise? Like she usually is?

It could be that she came in contact with some plant in the garden (?) and has had an allergic skin reaction. You could try Benadryl, and see if that helps at all. I'd say watch it to see how things go, and if it's not gone in a day or two, get her checked at the vet.

My daughters English Bulldog gets similar wear and tear on her face when she sniffs or rubs the ground a lot playing with her toys.
But watch it for basic infection or spreading which could indicate a fungal infection. If so a trip to the vet is probably needed.
Hope she heals up soon!
