Sick Schnauzer

My dog had his teeth cleaned about 3 weeks ago, and took antibiotics for a week.  About a week ago he started acting weird, lethargic, throwing up, then not eating, and having trouble peeing. His stomach also looked  protruded when lying on his side. Took him to vet who said his red blood cell count went down 20 points from the time he had the dental work till now, plus there was some little round objects that showed up in his x-ray.  He is having more test done now, any suggestions on what could be the problem.  Temp was 102.

"Little round objects" ? They couldn't be bladder stones could they?
Obviously that would depend on whereabouts on the Xray they were seen. If in the bladder area, it does sound rather possible. Of course, if in the stomach or gut area, they could possibly be foreign objects he'd eaten?

Didn't the vet discuss the Xray and the findings fully with you?
