Sick puppy Help :(

I have a shih tzu 6 months old puppy. Since yesterday shes been feeling bad gagging & trying to throw up but most of the time nothing comes out. Yesterday i gave her a spoon of oil & salt & a while later she threw up yellow foam but only once.  Later on she then threw up clear & now she just gags but with no vomit or liquid coming out. She wont eat or drink water. She pooped & i examined it to see what is causing her to feel bad & i took out peaces of clear plastic, black plastics, orange cloth, chunks of human hair & small hard pieces of things. So im guessing something she ate is stuck in her stomach. She eats. Everything she finds. Today shes also been feeling bad. Still hasnt ate or drank & hasnt pooped today. Shes a very active puppy but now all she does is lay down looking sad as if she feels bad, she does wiggle her tail when i walk up to her & pet her & sometimes she comes up to me so i can carry her. I dont have any money for the vet or car. Im scared anything happens to her. Im sad i cant do much about it but to pet her & stay by her. How can i make her feel better? It breaks my heart to see her like this

If this is an obstruction (Which I agree it is) she won't last much longer......This would be considered an emergency....You stated that you cannot help her, so you must get her somewhere that will....Quickly, CAll your  local Humane Society....Tell them what has happened and this is an emergency.....This  will be your best bet......Turn her over to them, they will get her the treatment she needs & find her a new home afterwards......

Call around to various Vet offices.....See if any offer a payment plan or could you do any work at their clinic to pay it off.....You might get someone to help you that way.....Keep calling....

DO NOT take her to a shelter and think they will be able to help her.....Owner turn ins are euthanized first!!!!

Go to pawn shop...Sell your computer & keyboard for money to have her seen by a Vet....

Obstructions are extremely painful & deadly.....It is your responsibility to find a way to help her.......That's part of the deal.....I do hope she makes it...Make me sick to think of this puppy having to suffer because the parent didn't think things through before getting it.....

I'm sorry, I not trying to be a witch, but this is all so avoidable....To sit and do nothing is not acceptable!!!!   Find a way......NOW!!!

Petting your dog and staying by her will not help, she needs to be seen by a vet.  She is too young to go long without eating or drinking, and by doing nothing she could die.  Try borrowing money, selling your computer, phone, or whatever, and take her to the vet, by taxi if necessary.

Her condition is serious, she is suffering from Gastrointestinal obstruction. You can walk her outside and let her eat grass to induce vomiting. Hope she gets better soon.

You fed Oil & salt? Found Clear plastic, black plastic, orange cloth, hair & hard pieces of things & want us to tell you how to make her feel better??? No money, no car, can't get her any medical help, but decided to go ahead and get a puppy anyway????

It this a troll or a joke or is this for real....I'm sorry, but I can't decide.....
