i have an english cocker spaniel dog about 8 years he is very tired cant move and his back legs cant move at all and his stomach is  Swollen and he has dehidration

That's so true. I cannot tell you what is wrong with him, but as you obviously love him, get him to a vet!
I do hope he is on the mend soon.

Hi you know you have to take your Cocker to a Vet ASAP if you dont he will most proberly die
it could be many things but there is no home cure for something this serious.
SO please get him into Vet  now.........do not waste anymore time.
