hello. i have 4 puppies, 2 girls and 2 boys. both girls went into heat about a week ago. my one female is humping the other female constantly. when one of the boys went for the other one, she growled and nipped at him, she only humps the girl.
Its all about dominence. The one doing the humping wants to be the alpha dog. Mine do it still after being fixed. Good Luck!!
And consider moving to California, where your dog can marry her doggie girlfriend legally. But she could only be bi-curious.

Consider neutering them, in all seriousness. 2 intact females eventually will spell trouble for your household.
