i noticed he has a lump on his neck below his ears hard lumps he is 10 months old one is larger then the other
Most likely swollen lymph nodes which could be a sign of some infection. It could also be puppy strangles and there is an off chance it could be Lymphoma.
Thus really warrants a visit to your Vet to determine the cause,mud you haven't done so by now.
