my rocky got rocked

Dog got bit by my other dog, the bigger one is a Begel, the other is half italian greyhound and jack russel.... Need less to say the younger smaller one started and the bigger older one finished with a clean semi deep k9 tooth right above her eye. Being human I put neosporin on the cut but then it took a turn today and is really swollen and she scratches at it and puss flows from it, I have give her some children s aspirin after she eats and the swelling is down a little but how concerned about the puss flow? any suggestions from anyone

Yeah I just realized I misspelled her name, Roxy... She thinks she is ten feet tall and bulletproof. Yeah, it looks a little better today, its right above her eye so I expected  a little swelling and kind of a black eye, the size of the puncture is about the size of a nail head. Her mood is much better today, so that looks like a good sign but if doesn't go down at all to the vet we will go... Thanks for the help.

Hi!
Puncture wounds can become infected very easily.  You will probably need to go to the vet for a course of antibiotics.  Isn't it always the little ones that start it? :-)
