neck pain

dear sir,

i am rajendran from tuticorin, tamil nadu [ india ]. my dog name is bubby.2 years old.last week we are going on to attend my relatives marriage. no one in my house. at that time my dog was slept on the wall.next 2 days my dog was fine. but the 3rd day she was in sick.and also neck pain. she turn bending one side her neck. and also felldown suddenly. that was continued.we are chock. and immediately going to hospital. doctor said she was suffering from fever.and take 3 injuction.[ i am not the medicine clearly ]. now my dog was not fever. but that she condinued in bending her neck and also feldown for every 10 sec. doctor came my house and also put on 3 injuctions. now my dog was not back bending her head. and feld down every 1 hrs to 2 hrs. pls guide me what we do.
my family members are all love her.
pls sir guide me what we do this situations.
