Oh,how sad and I'm so sorry to hear that. You must be heartbroken.
I hope you get your money back and that person stops breeding.
:-(
Oh I am so sorry, poor little thing. Lulu, God bless her little spirit. She did not live long, but found kindness and a nice home with you for her last days.
We had only had her for 5 days and yes she definitely had worms and was very anemic. Come to find out after multiple episodes of vomiting she also had pneumonia and had some aspiration. Unfortunately she coded at the vets and we lost her after only 5 short days. We are getting our $1400 back to say the least...but it will never bring back our little girl Lulu.
Well, you don't want white or pale gums. How old is this puppy and has it been wormed? Worms can cause bloating. Food can cause bloating. Not much info to go on. I'd take it to the Vet for a check up and, if you can, take a stool sample with you so they can check for parasites.
Pink gums? How pink?
Normal healthy gums should be naturally pink, but not sore-looking or bleeding at all, and certainly not red.
Bloating (of the belly)....is that what you mean? -could be caused by fluid retention in the abdomen. It can also be caused by worms. Has this happened suddenly?
Fluid retention could be caused by a variety of things. But it would be best a vet takes a look at your pup, to be on the safe side.
