Ear making strange noise?

So you know how when you plug your ears and press down on your tragus or whatever? Like if you want to block out a sound.

Something I've noticed occasionally is when I do that, my right ear makes this strange noise. I can't really explain it. It doesn't resemble ringing in the ears or anything. I could almost compare it to blowing a raspberry but it's not loud at all, probably just audible in my ear. Idk, it's really weird.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, the vibrations can be due to tensor tympani muscle spasms. There are three tiny ear bones in the middle ear (the area on the other side of the eardrum) with muscles (the stapedial and tensor tympani muscle) that are attached to them. Like any muscle, they can go into spasm and rapidly twitch (myoclonus). When this happens in the ear, it will cause the eardrum to vibrate like a drum, resulting in a clicking or even a machine-like sound. Muscle relaxants may help with this condition. If your symptoms are troublesome, you may need to consult an ENT specialist. Regards.
